This bag requires very good latherers and doesn't promote any lathering itself. It's difficult to build a decent lather with some soaps - this is the biggest flaw of these bags.
No real issue with the scent - if anything these bags dump a lot of un-lathered soap onto your body so this carries a lot of scent.
I think the value is bad as they underperform their primary function - they are however a premium feeling product which is delivered in nice packaging and they do last. They are just not very good.
These bags are fast drainers and last a long time
This scores highly for the grip and exfoliation as it leaves me simply pink, but, my skin doesn't much like that and due to poor lathering a lot of soap gets left behind.
Make no mistake, these are nice bags - they have a thick loop for hanging which lasts well and the quality of the construction is very good. The rough bag is very rough - depending what you put in this bag this may be too rough. The rough bag works well with soaps that create a lot of lather, if you are using a soap which is slicker and more of a gel application then this bag feels very rough on the skin - beyond exfoliating, just rough. The smoother bag is much better for me and works better with all soaps. They are not big enough to easily fit a 300g mega bar like the Myhomebody bags are. I gave the smooth bag to my wife so I did not use it that much and the bulk of this review is based on the rough bag.
If you pair the soap well then you will be happy with these bags but I personally thing bags should work universally.
