It's fine at lather - it creates good lather, robust and covers, dwells alright and seems to clean well.
It smells fine - works fine for men or women, very average.
It misses the value entirely - And, a small soap in a plastic pot does not feeli like a premium product even if it has a nice font on it - especially when the plastic pot is not reuseable with any other soaps, not even reuseable with the same brand as if you buy another one (I hope you don't) you get another plastic pot with it.
Mine is lasting well but is not finished still, when it's finished I will wrap up the experiment for real data on washes
Another average performance for skin.
This is the first "luxury" or premium bar I have really tried. It comes in a "re-usable" soap box, however, it's a small bar and a non standard shape so really you can't use this with any other bar - this scores badly for using less plastic as I'm counting this as a single use plastic. Already off to a bad start! I have been writing this review over a few months as I've been using the soap a bit, and I want to get it published as I don't think that I will get it finished for a long time. Today as I'm compiling info on this soap getting ready to publish I see that it has crept up to over £11 (!!!!!) - this soap is not worth that much, not even nearly. The soap is ok - it does create a nice robust lather, it does smell alright - my wife says this one smells like talc - I dont think it does I think it has a slightly more elevate smell than just talc, but not much. The bar isn't particularly anything - it's small, it's expensive, it lathers ok and it smells ok. The skin is left feeling fine. Really you can get exactly the same experience buying a multipack of Dove from the supermarket - and have lots and lots more washes and bars. Imagine how many bars of Dove you would have if you spent £11 on Dove. Please do not spend £11 on this bar of soap.
Four things off the man's own shelf go in a box, £15 plus postage. The stock decides which four.
